How do I file a complaint?

We attach great importance to quality of our products. If any labels are damaged or improper in any other way we always try to find the best possible solution for our customer.

Please send us an e-mail contact@bottlabel.com with information about:

• The reason of complain
• Expected solution
• Order ID
• Contact details

If we cannot deliver new labels in time we will give back their price.

Returns

All products offered by bottlabel.com are personalised and according to Polish and European Union law withdrawal is not applicable for them.
